ANY OCCASION RENTAL POLICIES

1. Waiver

Any Occasion Party Rental requires all customers sign a rental waiver either in person or via email. Which includes but is not limited to assuming responsibility for ANY rental property damage during the duration of your rental. INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TENTS, TABLES, CHAIRS, LIGHTS, COFFEE MAKERS, ETC...

2. Set up

Although customers are not required to be home for setup, it is recommended. Our team will provide you with proper placement and set up of the Tent,Tables and other equipment, Including Add Ons such as lights or sidewalls. We strongly insist our Any Occasion Set up team not to set the chairs.

3. Cancelation and Deposit

Any Occasion Party Rental is a family owned, and primarily Seasonal business. To ensure optimal business during our peak season, A one time $50.00 deposit is required for all Summer Rental reservations, May through September. NO EXCEPTIONS

4. Equipment Use

Any Occasion Party Rental strongly encourages our customers NOT engage the setup of the tent. This includes the tent, ropes, poles, and metal stakes. Tables and Chairs are for general purpose use only. STANDING OR OTHER MISUSE OF TABLES,CHAIRS OR ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT IS PROHIBITED. Furthermore, the use of strong damaging materials such as, adhesives, tapes, tacks, staples, or any other damaging material to our equipment is PROHIBITED. The use of small, clear scotch tape is also discouraged but may be used at your own discretion. Call for more info.
